Our training approach is values based. We aim to breathe life into organisations and individuals, enabling them to realise their full potential, by unleashing their potential and core genius. We are able to start with the delegates’ purpose, mission, heart and values. Once you have won over their hearts, the commitment, dedication and excellence will follow, enabling individuals to transform their energy levels and potential and allow them to rapidly develop the management and leadership competencies and skills required to become solid managers and leaders and thereby progressing to higher levels within the organisation. The basis of our training is situated in self-awareness.
Our approach is based on a deep respect for human beings and building solid teams around individuals who are able to motivate and inspire their team members, by showing their team members respect and dignity and making them feel part of something greater. Helping the leaders to identify the key talents and gifts of their team members so that they can flourish in doing the work that most suits their personalities and talent. We assist organisations to solve complex and rapidly changing problems and achieve synergy by aligning organisational strategies with culture, structure, processes, and human and financial resources. Our training methodology incorporates multiple learning methodologies and learning preferences. Our programmes are designed to meet the needs of adult learners. Adult learning principles are applied. All learners are encouraged to develop critical thinking skills and to fully participate in discussions and debate.
Small classes are encouraged where learners develop a close team environment where they are open to share their problems and experiences as they experience them in the workplace. The discussion is led by learners where all Supervisors share the difficulties they experience and how they have dealt with that problem in the past, while others add to this and develop learner centred solutions.
Paolo Frere’s adult education action – reflection method are heavily relied upon. We use andragogy learning methodologies which include self-directed, experiential, problem solving approaches.
We use a learning process that involves the whole person: the emotional component, the intellectual component, and the spiritual/ purpose component. We facilitate adults to become self-directed learners.

Adult education further identifies that learners generally have three styles of assimilating knowledge and learning: experiential learning; auditory learning and visual learning.
Most people prefer experiential learning hence: OUR approach spends at least 50% of classroom time using experiential learning methodologies.
Our professionally designed power point slide shows assist the visual learners in assimilating the information, while the lecturing method and group discussions allow for auditory learners to benefit from this.
On the whole we limit the lecturing methodology to 25% of classroom time.
