Our training approach is values based. We aim to breathe life into organisations and individuals, enabling them to realise their full potential, by unleashing their potential and core genius. We are able to start with the delegates’ purpose, mission, heart and values. Once you have won over their hearts, the commitment, dedication and excellence will follow, enabling individuals to transform their energy levels and potential and allow them to rapidly develop the management and leadership competencies and skills required to become solid managers and leaders and thereby progressing to higher levels within the organisation. The basis of our training is situated in self-awareness.
Online Training Options
We have developed a teaching process that is adapted to the lock-down or for learners unable to attend our normal classes. We have created an online alternative.
- A day before the scheduled training session, learners will be able to access, and read, the Manual on-line.
- The training material will include brief introductory videos, and short video inputs on some of the more difficult portions of the material. This will all be available on-line, for the learner to read and watch in their own time – before the scheduled online team session, that will be led by one of our facilitators.
- These sessions will be conducted daily in the morning for four hours. The learners will be expected to complete the daily activities contained in the on-line workbooks, after some guidance from the facilitator. The learners will work on their own online in the afternoon.
- The number of team sessions needed for each facilitated course, will vary depending on the length and complexity of the course in question. This will be communicated to the learners, in the email introducing them to the on-line material.
This option is with the facilitator presenting the material through an online team session.
- The facilitator uses the same slides, manual and workbook that we use in class which have been posted to learners earlier.
- The facilitator will send out email invites to each participant – with a link to the online learning session.
- The learner just needs to click the link and the prompts will guide them to the program that allows them to participate in the teaching session.
- The learning session will be seen by the learner on their desktop or phone (or tablet) and they will be able to see and hear the facilitator – and see the slides on their screens.
- They will follow the session on their screens, and on the paper version of the manual and workbook – that will have been delivered to them beforehand.
- The online facility allows for breakaway groups of learners, during which time they will share their own experiences and discuss the challenging questions contained in the Activities in the Workbook.
- The facilitator will control the session and dissolve the breakaway groups at the end of their allotted time, and bring them back to a plenary session with all the learners – to give report-backs and hear those of the other groups.
- The sessions will be almost as participative as the live sessions we are famous for – during our face-to-face training courses. In new circumstances, we learn to adapt – while continuing to assist our clients with the education / training they so urgently need!
